HSBC- Staff Front End

Experience design for the vision of HSBC’s Staff Front End (SFE). Designed to streamline the user experience of HSBC customer service agents across the globe, at all customer contact points. Designed to enhance and streamline multiple legacy backend systems, the experience was delivered through a smart, efficient design system to ensure it would be situation and context aware - adjusting to different devices, audiences and staff roles.
